You're absolutely right! I tried it once, it tasted more like cilantro. There were some secondary tannin aromas and hints of oak. Somewhat unpleasant aftertaste.

Got about 3" yesterday, then another inch or two early this morning before dawn. Warmed up from about mid 20s to above freezing, but snow isn't melting much. Might snow again tonight a little, then maybe rain later tomorrow - TBD.

Left instructions on Amazon package delivery to not attempt deliveries up here on the mountain until next week.
