Woman driving looses control car comes to rest against barrier.
Trooper stops, runs plates - plates are bad - runs vin - it's stolen.
Trooper gets passenger out of car
Driver tries and fails to shoot trooper (no bang)
Trooper shoots woman, in arm it turns out - her gun slides away from her
- enter the Snow Plow -
which puts the plow on her gun.
