Not certain if this is appropriate or the proper location, but I just wanted to ask how everyone else's experience has been with RMA work with Smith & Wesson. I sent the firearm in to them in mid-March and never called to bug them once as to the status. I called today 5/14 to check on and it has not even been looked at yet. The guy was nice enough and said they have been busy, he is going to escalate the service sending an email to someone to ideally have it done. After 8 weeks wouldn't you think they would provide some communication letting you know the status?
