How well does the horizontal centerline of the upper receiver bore align with the lower receiver extension centerline? Some more BCG mods and it feeds! Looks like the bolt catch will work as well.

Everything is inline. Taking advantage of the flat bottom on the BCG mag clearance cuts for the back lugs. How well does the horizontal centerline of the upper receiver bore align with the lower receiver extension centerline?
Unbelievable. Great stuff. How does it shoot?Well I popped together the 15 based upper and my custom lower. Did some testing at a little range day, it feeds and feels great.

Rugar SFAR, maybe?
Really needs some form of sights but the rounds go fast lol. I've only shot some short range with 140gn BTHP loads.Unbelievable. Great stuff. How does it shoot?
My first (and only) mill conversion was a old Mighty CNC mustang 12x30? VMC. The controls died after 12years of running and we were cutting it up for scrap. I ran it for years on a G540 , wasn't fast rapids but it made some decent production parts. The attached photo is from Mike Freeman.
Unlike the G540 and steppers I'll be using ether cat.My Benchmaster CNC Mill

I did manage to get mine "serviced" and on a stand.
I remember the first time I single pointed those threads.
It was on way too small a lathe with a tool made from a broken tap.

That is turning out super rad.So far everything functions, feeds both sides. Still white, not sure if I'm going to slip it in a type 3 hardcoat batch (takes many weeks) or Cerakote elite and maybe microslick for the insides.
