Bought a bow...moccasins ....the red trade beads pictured here and....
This really nice Dennis Tupin made camp axe.
Dennis Turpin was from Mandan N.D.and highly regarded by all those who knew him.

I'm fortunate to have a pile of Al Mar knives. Here are some that I have nearby,

The one at the top is the Buzzard. It and the Airweight were probably the two I carried the most.

3rd down is the SERE knife. I think in the late 80s it was issued at the SERE school to instructors.

4th down is the commercial SERE knife.

Some 0000 steel wool and polish .
If you don't have some Mother's Polish it is great stuff . You can get a tub of it at Bimart like 12.00 and use it on all things metal .

Some bronze wool...and your favorite gun oil ....outta do the trick.

Thanks, and that will definitely work. Really good steel on that thing, blade is a little flexible too, should make a good skinned/meat prep knife. I really like the stacked rubber and aluminum handle, just looks cool/old school. Slight pirate vibes.

Ok ok ok -hear me out- I mean TECHNICALLY these are 'sabers' right?

These are both the latest tech, which if you havent seen what they can do now with leds and sound, it is pretty wild. About as close as you can get to the real thing . . . without the searing heat and flesh
