I am wondering, are there any shorter than average buffer tubes that can accept a stock. No buffer is needed. These are going on a pair of .22lr ARs that are for my daughter's to use. They are rather petite. and while I have the setup for .223, they do not enjoy .223 at this time Length of pull is a bit of an issue.

You could also hack away at current buffer tube and stock since you dont need the buffer/spring with .22 LR.
