This is again the voters demanded the law makers "do something". So law makers did what they do best, turn everything they tough to crap. Law makers made a huge mess. Voters will scream, law makers who made the mess will run on "fixing the mess" they made. Voters will vote for the same people who made the mess expecting a different outcome. When all else fails they will blame someone who has nothing to do with any of it. Should be a couple more years at least before they stop blaming Trump.
