Not sure that is going to help in WA. All private sales have to go through a dealer. They typically aren't saying you are a dealer because you sell too much here in WA. Being a dealer in WA seems to be a minus and not a plus, except maybe a C&R FFL.

My Observation.........
WA, along with many other states are NOT newcomers when it comes to using state laws to restrict gun rights.

Rrrrrrright...........

"We're doing it FOR the kids."

Aloha, Mark

Private sales of firearms here in Washington state.....
Suck...to say the least.

With having to go through a FFL and paying their transfer fee....
Having to pay the state $18....
And having to wait "10 days" ...
Sure ruined me for buying...selling and trading firearms.

It didn't used to be like this.
It was fun to buy , sell and trade firearms back then.
Nowadays....not so damn much.

Andy

Edit to add...
With the way things are here in Washington with its present governor...
Nothing to make it easier for firearm owners or dealers will ever be done , no matter what happens at the Federal or other levels / places / etc....
