Self Inflicted Injury at English Pit?

Does anyone have any info about an alleged injury at the English pit during the shoot yesterday? I had a viewer tell me during live chat last night that someone was shot in the foot. They did not know if it was self inflicted or a ricochet. Is anyone badly hurt? I hope everyone is okay.
