Big sporting goods store in Tillamook also Freddy's sells guns and ammo. There is a gunsmith/ffl dealer on the highway just before the bridge leaving town north bound on the east side of hwy. It's easy to miss it, small sign & building

You can shoot anywhere you want to outside of town thats not otherwise private property (active logging...), and well Seaside as most all coastal towns, are not that big you can escape town in minutes.

There's also a small gun shop above the surf shop at the south end of Cannon Beach, near where you can rent the funcycles.

You can also get a good breakfast in the Pig n Pancake, just up the hill and on the left heading out of town. Omelettes are pretty good.
