Open Area to shoot , Oregon

We are getting close to test firing our form 1 M202 Rocket launcher (inert payload) and our usual spot in Tilamook is just too short range (100ish yards) for what we are aiming for this project ( 500ish yards)


Is there any decent known public land shooting spots that are open (less trees) and more flat around central Oregon ? I don't think Tilamook can accommodate our needs unfortunately

You should be able to find a big-enough clearcut in the Coast Range not too far from Tillamook. Use google earth and google maps to find places to check out.
