Scope W Dials

Looking for input on a scope with MOA dials.
Going on practice rig for wife.
4-14 or 6-20ish power range.
$800-1000 budget.

I've always been a Leupold fan, but am not hearing complimentary things on their dial system.

Ranges used will be 800 yards and under to start.

I ordered this optic but I have not put it on my rifle yet. The glass is quite clear and there are some videos where it was used to build $1000 rifle hitting a 1000 yards.
