Savage 840 clip/magazine

I'm looking for a .222 Remington clip/magazine to fit a Savage 840. Function is more important than looks. It's a $100 rifle and I really don't want to spend $40 and shipping for a new one till I know if it's worth it.

If you go to the latest version of the classic clip/magazine squabble there is a picture of a Savage that is stamped "clip" on the side. I don't care what you call it, I just need one for a 222
