I think I got mine, newly mfg. clips from ammogarand.com. The cheap surplus HXP Greek clips are jam-o-matic. Somebody told me I could tumble to knock of the park off for better results, but I don't have a tumbler. The newly mfg. enblocs have been great.

Also fwiw make sure to get some 2 and 5-round enbloc clips to go along w/ the 8s. Garands are heavy and M2 ball is expensive.
