Costco will not let me carry a concealed gun in their store, but they sell gun safes. Seems hypocritical.
Not sure how it works in OR. Here in WA if they have a sign I just never noticed it. If there is a sign I would ignore it. Since I have never dropped a gun on the floor no one knows I have it.
 
Private property owners and their agents can "trespass" you by simply stating you must leave. If you do leave there will be no issues unless you return at a later time. Do that, or refuse to leave then law enforcement can be summoned and you are subject to arrest.
