Guessing you might find one in Coos Bay, or at least a place that can order one there. I've found hardware stores often have better pricing. There's a Coastal Farm & outdoors in Coos Bay.

Budget and size?
Well I don't currently have any long guns but I want a safe that will accommodate maybe 4, and I've got a half dozen pistols. My problem will be getting in my house as I'm sure nobody delivers to Ophir, and I'm pretty much by myself.

Bear, tell me what is wrong with Winchester safes please. It looks like Tractor Supply has a good deal on them.

It's not cheap, but it's modular and easy to move alone. I've got the z3.

A 4 or 5 gun rifle safe can easily be moved by one person with a hand truck. If the future calls for more rifles, its far better to have two smaller safes one person can move, than one large one that requires a team.

I seriously doubt that winchester safe I linked can be opened with no tools. note, I dont own one but shared because its probably cheaper for you to pay the delivery than to take the time and gas to go pick one up...

There's a large quantity of cheap safes that are made of 16ga steel or smaller. Granted, most of us nuts here have tools that will make short work of any safe, but at least it will take a little longer.

PM me - I don't want instructions on the open web for the few that don't know. I actually own one, and it took me less than 5 minutes to figure out how to open it, I imagine EVERY criminal knows, and I imagine it works on more than just Winchester safes. I was VERY disappointed

Without tools?

I'm with @Koda on this one.
Try it. Go to Tractor Supply where they have Winchester safes on display, and follow my instructions. It tells you in the owner's manual what to do if you forget your combination, and the people at Tractor Supply damn well know it because that's how they changed the combination in the first place.
