How do I get the 600+ pound safe to the gas station? How do we get the 600+ pound safe into, and out of the truck? How do I know they're going 80+ miles up the road? What would I offer money wise? What would stop someone from just taking it to their home, a 95# lady with a pistol?Maybe hang out at a nearby gas station and ask somebody headed that direction with a truck to deliver it for gas money. I delivered my own with my sprinter van but I did have to take some wood planks for a ramp and rope. Fortunately it is a lumber store.

How do they get the safe tipped over if it's bolted to concrete like nearly every safe supports? Without the assistance of gravity, this isn't working.

Did you buy a different safe? The one I went with you and attempted to pickup was 1632 pounds. Sorry again about my trailer, but frankly I think we lucked out because I don't think we could have gotten it off my trailer, or into your house. My safe which is just over 300 pounds destroyed 2 hand carts, and 3 dollys all rated for at least 900 pounds, and sat on its side in my driveway until I got AAA to show up with a boom wrecker to help stand it back up. But then I think something like what you bought would have just gone through my floor, and maybe yours. How do I get the 600+ pound safe to the gas station? Yes I did and the salesman made it sound like they might deliver the smaller one to me in Ophir. The boss apparently thought differently so they refunded my money again. Thirty-six hundred dollars of refunded sales in a place that looks like they probably needed my business. They said I'd have to hire a safe moving company because they didn't have the proper equipment. I asked for the number and they admitted they didn't actually know of a safe moving company. I feel like I was dealing with Mr Haney down at Sam Drucker's general store. I'm sure Hank Kimball the county agent will be along soon.Did you buy a different safe? If you're dropping that kind of coin go with modular. The door is the heaviest part.Yes I did and the salesman made it sound like they might deliver the smaller one to me in Ophir. The current lead time is 6 weeks for Zanotti Armor safe unless the safe vendor has a few in stock. If you're dropping that kind of coin go with modular. The door is the heaviest part.

How much of that 750 pounds do you think the door is? The door would need to be supported with a hoist or something in a very precise position to install the door? Maybe an engine lift? Would a 1-1/4" sheet of marine plywood spread weight out (maybe several sheets as a roadway) enough to roll an engine lift across the floor of your average stick built home with something like a safe, or part of a safe? Marian's first safe never made it out of the parking lot as my trailer had a catastrophic failure before the forklift even put the full 1630 pounds on it, and it was far too bulky to be moved with an engine lift, but just a safe door might be doable. If you're dropping that kind of coin go with modular. I've got the z3. The door is around 180#. I put it on with minimal help from the wife. How much of that 750 pounds do you think the door is? I'm guessing 5 other large pieces? Nuts & carriage bolts, or sheet metal screws? Or something else?I've got the z3. The door is around 180#. I put it on with minimal help from the wife.
Base, three sides and a top. The pieces are held in place by steel rods from the inside.I'm guessing 5 other large pieces? Nuts & carriage bolts, or sheet metal screws? Or something else?
