My parents have one of these safes which I believe they originally purchased at Costco. For the sale price I would say it a good entry level safe.

I bought one and was disappointed with it. Bottom is tack welded on and is bare steel. Didnt realise it till I moved it out of the dining room and it left a rust rectangle on the tile from the times the floor was mopped. The fabric where the barrels rest is barely glued on and seems to peel off as it ages.

There is no power to it. If you drill holes, it will void the warranty. The door is very flimsy as well. But you get what you pay for. Check out tractor supply, it will save you $300 in shipping instead of ordering from Academy.
