Ruger Charger 10/22 22LR with threaded barrel, folding stock, 15 round magazine, bipod and carry case.

I bought this new and put it together as a truck gun for bunnies in Eastern Oregon. Never used it.

Does NOT include the Vortex sight.

I prefer to meet at A Cut Above Pawn in Beaverton for the FFL transfer.

If you mean the short knurled section, that's just a factory thread protector. It covers the threads until you put whatever accessory on it that you want. I was going to use my suppressor on it.

No, there is something that looks like a suppressor attached to the side of a bracket in the photo. Is that included?

I think you're talking about the aftermarket folding stock. It does that. It does not include a suppressor.
