i have a 25 round magazine for a 10 22, is this still legal to own? is it legal to sell? i am trying to sell the rifle and would like to include the mag, if legal to do so. i bought this mag about 8-9 years ago.

as far as i know it is.

It's still legal. The case in Harney County that the judge ruled an injunction against m114 goes back to trial Sept 19. Who knows what will happen then so you have at least until then to legally sell it with rifle.
