I have a Ruger modular stock in OD green for the 10/22. Bought this with the intent of ordering the shorter butt pad so I could teach my son how to shoot but never got around to it. As such, I'm selling this so it can go to another home.

It is the factory tapered barrel yes. Fat near the chamber and tapers down skinny towards the muzzle.
