Hard to tell from the picture, but does this one have the "J" lock thingy on the bolt shroud?

Also, is it drilled and tapped for iron sights, or is it a smooth barrel with no provision for sights?

Yes, it has the "J" lock and it is drilled and tapped for sights but they are long gone.
