I picked up some Promo and can't find loading data for it. Have Lyman 50th, a little older Lyman and an older Speer but they don't list Promo. A lot of guys online say to use Red Dot data. I would rather see it in black and white and follow guidlines like I always have. Any help is appreciated. Looking for any caliber but mostly 9, 38, 45. Thanks

I've used it for years. Just use Red Dot data by weight, not volume. This means that you shouldn't use any powder drops which use numbered inserts that measure volume rather than grains -- mostly used in shot shell reloading.

I think all "drops" are marked somehow. One should always verify thrown weights with a quality scale.
