I like innovation but the only uses I can think of would be for saving space in a safe or in an AR gun bag fitting two rifles.

That's my reasoning for buying one. For easier packing in an AR pistol bag, without having to play seamstress to the bag and mess it up.

When I bought my AR bag I made sure it was large enough for one rifle & a scope but now that another one (a pistol) is being borne I may get one large enough to house them both...
I'm subscribed for your review once yo get it and run it through its paces...

The MAKO folding grips are not worth their asking price of $52. I got mine for $36, and IMO it's not worth that.
Maybe-----maybe $23 max. Don't waste your $$.
