Umm, I'll take half of a local cow (plus a freezer to put it in:eek:).


I have an issue with frozen beef. I can't do it, except with ground for taco meat or a casserole or something. Having that funky dark color and all the blood (goodness) in the package when you thaw it. Grosses me out, and I love my steak good and red in the middle! Hint of pink in a hamburger.
