Just now seeing this but why not use these Welder plastic? Don't go all the way thru the frame obviously, remove factory stippling then restipple the frame to hide the metal welds

Maybe fill the inside of the mag well with jb weld and smooth it out
I finished this project.

When welding plastic it's important to use the same type of plastic. Mixing and matching doesn't hold very well.

Hell yea man looks factory to me !
Thank you. I've butchered quite a few frames as I've learned. But I've gotten better and learned tricks on how to do things. In no way am I professional but I do a good enough job to avoid paying 3-500 bucks for someone else to do it.

This was my first frame extension. Took me a couple weekends and some patience but it turned out good enough for me. It's nice that Glock has their frame upgrade program too. If you ever mess up a frame too bad you can send it in with $100 bucks and get a brand new one. I've got a couple frames that I butchered that are in the safe that need to be sent back actually.
