Pin and Weld in the PNW?

So, I'm looking for somewhere that does quality pin and welding of muzzle devices in the Pacific Northwest. I know of a few that do so in different states, but I'd prefer to not spend a fortune in shipping fees alone. Anyone know of somewhere that specializes in this?
