I agree but remember they are a third world country and not a modern industrialized nation like America.

As the anti gun folks would say we should never lower are standards, (that make common since to most of us), because guns in a school is a bad thing and promotes killing.

If every kid just had a can of vegetables to throw at the bad guy all would be OK.
