My new 938 arrived today and I field striped it and frog lubed it for the first time.
While reassembling I noted that capturing the recoil spring was a lot harder than it was on my 238.
Wondering if anyone has come up with an easier method?
First trip to the range tomorrow. I did several averages on the brand new trigger pull on my Lyman and it averaged in the low eights. This is much better than my 238 did new, it was over 10.14 lbs. It also felt kind of gritty. I would polish up the contact points but first i want to fire several hundred rounds to see if mine has any of the FTF and/or FTE issues that have been reported.
If it does it will be heading right back to Sig.
