Stevenson used to have a public range but last I heard DNR was closing it for Salamander Study/Logging concerns. You may want to see if it's still open or not. If you ask anyone that's been up there a while and they'll tell you the more probably reason for the closing was due to a few wankers leaving all their garbage and/or acting the fool. happens to all the easy to get to places.

A few?? Get real! The place looked like a public landfill when I was there last August. It's no wonder they shut it down!

Outside of Clackamas Town Center I haven't heard of any new ranges opening up.
