Oregon Osp and expungement rule

Was it expensive to sue? I can pull from my 401k if i have to it will be worth. Currently i am going to send my finger prints to shawn kollie and go from there.

Yeah Shawn Kollie is good and will be able to help you navigate. I saw him this morning actually, he's representing a friend of mine with getting cleared up. I'm not sure what Kollie charges to sue OSP.

Ok i am also going to email them again tomorrow and tell them what u said in the denial part. I just asked why I was denied then they called and told me may or may not work.

Not yet. hired a lawyer. Osp didn't fully delete everything plus my arrest cycle still showing so I'm getting that removed and then I'll go from there.

Mine was delayed, then denied after everything was supposed to be good to go and osp lost their case.
Contacted osp, they said it was on federal end. Called feds and filed appeal. Month later they call me back and say Im good to go.
Just bought a hunting rifle last week so everything is finally cleared up. 2 years later

Finally got my attorney fees back today. This has been quite the journey!

I had a backround check done today at the gun shop and got approved finally . Been a long journey. Hope everyone else is passing after their expungements also
