1st let me state I'm not a Trump fan. However what he said during the run up to the 2020 was very prophetic . COVID, mail in ballots, illegal immigration off the charts and so on. Anyway this post of his seems to be of a similar vein.. I think this is a telegraph. Note the all caps too. We have been warned.

30% inflation. YUP! Oh wait, if your not counting food, fuel, shipping costs.......

And every week or so I see things, silly things, yet necessary things, that have increased in price more like 80%-100%.

Ramen noodles. $0.11 for a long time. Then $0.17 for a while.. then most recently, $0.34, and that's for individuals.. packs have gone from $3.50 for 12 to $7.99 for 12 :(

Mac n cheese, fluctuating between $0.98 to $1.50 for Kraft.

Red Baron and DiGiornos pizza... pretty stable.. prices didn't go up as crazy.

Birds eye skillet meals (frozen pastas in bags); went up to $5.50-6.50something from an average of $2.88-3.88, depending on store.

Don't forget health insurance.. it's like $2,000/mo.

Lulz, no idea but it's unaffordable to about everyone.
We're lucky in that, despite the fact unions have given everything to the dims, the benefits that Wifey has with the UFCW are pretty good. The prices for care at Providence seems higher than 9% from several years ago, but we pay the same.

In addition to the growth in laziness, transportation cost will continue to rise, public safety will likely continue to deteriorate. These factors will help drive up customer demand for take out food
As long as they have MONEY. A LOT of people are living on borrowed money. Have you noticed the rates on home loans? That applies to a lot of credit cards too. A LOT of people are just using the card to continue to live life as "normal". Problem is sooner or later it will get to where by the time they make those payments they have not enough left over. Something will have to give and things like having your meal brought to your door will have to be one of the first. It will be interesting to watch this next correction that everyone knows has to happen. LOT of people will be al always caught completely off guard yet again. Banks will take a HUGE hit but, we all know they will then just ask the gov to bail them out yet again so we can start all over. :s0092:

That is another HUGE thing. Gov control made health care insane but, many have good insurance. Lose that and??? Here will come gov offering to save the day yet again with insurance that the law makers will exempt themselves from because its so great. 🤬

Media LOVE stats. You can make them say anything you want. That is why they keep telling people inflation is "under control" now. :s0140:
Watch what happens if the GOP wins. The next week everything will be dire and we are in trouble and the stats they use will suddenly show all is lost. Hey why not it works so they keep doing it. :s0092:

My wife got into an argument relating to jobs on FB  someone claimed that jobs paying $30-50/hour without requiring experience, training, trades apprenticeships, or even diplomas are plentiful in the US :s0140: :s0140:

i sure would like to know what they're taking because as far as I know, outside of Onlyfans and street walking (hoes)? No such thing exists?

Amazing that crazy bubblegum can breathe with it's head so far buried in the sand. Definitely a biden voter dim.

Sadly a LOT of people will take to the net to say things like that because they want them to be fact. The one common theme with this stuff is of course when you show people like this facts they just shut down on you because they want what they want, to be true. Its a large part of why we have this mess. :(
People will watch what is being done and tell themselves this really is sustainable, because they want it to be true.

You and me both. My pay is in that range, and I have decades of experience and training in my field. I'm pretty tired of my job so it sure would be nice to do something else with less responsibility, in this imaginary universe where where entry-level workers make six figures.

The sex worker thing though? Yeah, somehow I don't think that would work out for me...

USA today article - how timely.
I can feel my accounts getting larger already. ✊💦

If it feels like your paycheck is going further than it has the past couple of years, it's not your imagination.

This week's inflation report is expected to reveal further progress in slowing consumer price increases that have strained U.S. households since early 2021.

Economists estimate that the annual inflation figure, due out Thursday, will show a rise of 3.2% in December from 3.1% the prior month. A core reading that excludes volatile food and energy items will dip to 3.8% from 4% amid rising rent and falling used car prices.

What a crock of bubblegum! A paycheck doesn't go any farther if there is ANY inflation.
