You need to get the maple syrup version, it lacks that smell. It's hard to find, seasonal run sort of thing. Once in a while Grocery Outlet has it. Finely ground porcine aorta.

I do my best to vote with my worthless federal reserve notes. I dabble with physical metals a bit. I keep some cash on hand as well. As for the rest, I live one day at a time and the rest is in the lord's hands.
For at least ten years I've known about days like this, so it isn't a surprise to me. Hopping for the best and expecting the worst. I hate to say it, but my gut tells me it will get worse.

That's really all any of us can do. Sadly voters are going to have to feel some real pain to get them to vote smarter. Until then? All any of us can do is roll along day to day. Sooner or later this will have to crash. When it does? Maybe some will wake up. The correction will not be fun but it has to happen to get things to change.

This is something people our age have seen for decades. When the "news" wants to cover for people in charge they pull this. Price on something goes up HUGE. Then drops a VERY small amount. Here come the headlines about the PRICE DROP. He it works so can't really blame them for pulling this crap.

Just reading we are borrowing money from Russias ally China to fund the Ukraine war. Inflation is obviously going to rise but at the same time Yellen says war is good for business so keep printing.

Does anyone actually believe that McDonald's is going to reduce the price on their $5.99 Big Macs? Or that Ford will do something about half-ton trucks that cost over $70K? Inflation was just cover for corporations to fleece us even harder.
Those "People" that are retired and/or on fixed incomes, realize exactly how we're being screwed. It would be different if the "elite" worms* that run things, for their own benefit could, feel what it's like.
*My apologies to the various classifications of worms for likening you to politicians..
