Old Kabar Clean Up/Value

Just found an old Kabar 1041, small 2 blade folding that my uncle gave me.

Can anyone recommend a place that could put a good edge on it and clean it up for me?

Also any advice on trade value if it's worth anything? It's more sentimental to me now but I like to use my tools.

What is wrong with cleaning it up ( lightly ) , sharpening it , and......
Using it...?
This is easy to do , by the way...just work slow...and don't take any patina off of the knife.

I thought there was a "show your kabars" thread but I can't find it....

I have 5 vintage kabars, trying to find the 5th one which is a Navy issued pilots survival knife.
These were all my or my wife's fathers' . The one I can't find was a gift for my 13th birthday, actually issued and carried but unused, when I got it.
