I don't think they'd say that, but, it certainly seems that "hope and change" weren't exactly what they bargained for

It does seem intentionally contrary to being thankful.. it's hateful and divisive.

My wife's parents, who have never voted R in their lives, have already committed to vote R next year.

That's the opposite of my parents, they only voted the Republican ticket until they died, they then started voting democrat. Very odd.

I was invited to a friend's house for thanks giving this year. It was a real change from going to the in-laws. A welcome change I might add.
We did in fact discuss gun control, and we all decided that it works best if you use both hands.
Oh, I almost forgot, the host is originally from Kalifornia.
