I am not originally from Texas but I got here as fast as I could.
I have an 1861 Colt Navy Pocket Model (.36 cal I think) and am looking for the three hammer and trigger screws, and the thingy that holds the barrel in place.
My father, God rest his soul, took it apart many years ago and lost those parts.
When I got older, I had a gunsmith make some screws for it but they were to soft and the hammer screw bent.
Does anyone have a suggestion about how I go about putting it back in operating condition?
