Seeking a night shift Facilities technician / engineer. Full time, good pay + 15% shift differential & built in over time (12 hour shift- 3 on, 4 off then 4 on, 3 off). Medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401K (pre-tax & Roth options), pension, etc, etc.

Looking for Mid-entry level on up. 365,000 square foot facility, corporate hub & data center for financial institution.

(We operate & maintain core infrastructure only- electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generators, UPS, DDC / BAS, Fire & life safety, we do NOT handle general maintenance- no janitorial, no painting, no plunging toilets, etc) and no traveling to other sites or any of that headache.

We are a nonunion shop however we do utilize the services of many union contractors.

Site is approximately 26 years old. We have been undergoing modernization of critical systems since 2014. To date, we have replaced the UPS system and batteries, replaced all cooling towers, updated generator control systems ( four 1.6mw Cats), modernized / replaced gen fuel oil system, replaced the major pump & motor packages supporting the plant, modernized protective relays on 12,470V switchgear, modernized chiller controls (Trane centrifugals, 500 - 1250 ton). Ongoing projects include installation of an emergency backup domestic water line & replacement of fire alarm system.
