1.Looking for a ways to attach my pvs 14 to my phone or dlsr for a road trip so I can pass it around the car and still see what my group is seeing as I only have one.

2. Would a sionyx be a good option for night time animal viewing to hand off to party members (I do have IR light)

3. Is there a place to rent thermals or other night vision.
Any specific set ups that are recommended for Yellowstone?

No help on #1 & #2, but Ultimate Night Vision rents nv and thermals. If your intent is to see critters at a distance at night time in Yellowstone, go with a thermal and one that's at least a 640 and has a higher base magnification.

For the PVS-14, look at phone scope adapters like Wilcox or inexpensive MOD Armory bridges, they'll let you clip it to a phone or DSLR for group viewing.

A Sionyx with an IR light is great for casual wildlife spotting, won't match Gen 3 tubes, but very shareable.

Yes, some NV/thermal dealers and outfitters rent units, check Kenzie's, Ultimate Night Vision, or local gun shops.

For Yellowstone: tripod mount whatever you bring, pack extra batteries, and stay way back from the critters.
