Apparently there are a lot of folks here who don't bother to read their American Rifleman. Cases of joe schmo's who get caught up by the "cop killers" is well documented. NRA has expert witnesses who travel around saving these schmo's lives when they find themselves in this situation. Don't be a Schmo.

I believe the reason Black Talon bullets were banned is because they were coated with Teflon and would defeat
most of the protective vests that Police Officers wear. They were taken off the market for that reason.
