Looks pretty sweet. @Cerberus Group what are the chances of working up a load specifically for this one?

I just bought one of these. I haven't yet had the chance to shoot it but the trigger is very smooth. Im looking forward to a range session with it soon.Looks pretty sweet. @Cerberus Group what are the chances of working up a load specifically for this one?
Looking at High Desert Cartridge Co. they have various JHP and TMJ 9mm rounds already.Looks pretty sweet. @Cerberus Group what are the chances of working up a load specifically for this one?
I know what he has (I've ran plenty through my Glocks) but those loads were not developed for this type of firearm let alone this specific one. Steve has been working up loads with other industry professionals that are low in recoil and still meet FBI penetration criteria specially for short barreled revolvers intended for CCW.Looking at High Desert Cartridge Co. they have various JHP and TMJ 9mm rounds already.
I have ordered a few boxes of .45 ACP JHPs and it fires very well from my 1911 pistols.
I would not have bothered making this thread nor be interested in this release if it had that "feature". After decades S&W is finally listening to its customers. No Hillary hole either.
Ya I'm with ya on this, out of my 13 smiths 2 have Hillary holes......they are both currently for saleI would not have bothered making this thread nor be interested in this release if it had that "feature". After decades S&W is finally listening to its customers.

The 66 I just got is a performance center. I don't like the lock but if I can delete it then that works for me. It's gunna be a carry gun anyway so it will get used. I just wanna remove the lock all together and plug it.Ive never had one fail and lock the gun up but that would be crappy if it did. Hard to trust life with em. Yup I ordered the TKcustoms one. I need to order some ammo from @Cerberus Group and get a new set of grips for it.![]()

I would try the 115gr JHPLooks pretty sweet. @Cerberus Group what are the chances of working up a load specifically for this one?
That is good to know, I always used your 124gr: I typically stay away from the 115s across the board regardless of manufacturer, but I can see it out of the shorter tubes.I would try the 115gr JHP
I developed the load with Chuck Haggard especially for short barrel handguns, both semi and revolver.
It was calibrated in a 3.5" Glock, but performed just as well out of a 2.25" Ruger SP101
