Iirc 210 is "typical" combat load. 7 30rders. I carried 13 30's. 6 in the chest harness and 6 in the older style belt mounted pouches. Didn't notice the weight but I was in much better shape then too.

What Brian said, 7 30's+1, about right in my own experience, and what with other "stuff"- pistol, a couple mags for it, knife.. water.. well there it goes..
