I just moved and I need to update my address for my CHL. Already did my licsense. How do I go about doing that? Can I go somewhere online and change it and get a new card? I know the Multnomah sherrifs office I went to to get my CHL is no longer in use. Or do I need to go somewhere to get it updated?

Are you still in the same county? I don't think there's an online option, but I believe you can mail in the forms.
