For anyone looking, I am not a medically trained person, but from my research, a basic civilian IFAK should contain at least the following items.

Ideal kit to me is:

2x TQ
2x 4 yard hemostatic gauze
1x 4" ETD flat
1x hyfin chest seal pair
2x pairs of gloves
1x roll of 1" medical tape
1x small roll of duct tape
1x black sharpie
