Pulled a muscle/s in my back and so far prednisone and anti inflamitories have not cured it.

However, I have an ancient Chinese secret that does help a lot with muscle aches and joint pain - it's called opium, or not lol.

It's actually called 'Po Sum On' and it's sort of like icy hot in oil form.

We keep the house stocked with it because it's great for anything muscle related.

That's all I got:D. Your welcome;).

The stuff we use at the gym is from China too. It's called White Flower and has a strong odor like Icy Hot or Ben-gay but the oil seems to penetrate deeper. I order it off of Amazon. First got turned on to it by this gal at the gym who was a naturopath. Been using it ever since.

When it comes to muscle aches, There are a few basics.

1. Hydrate-seems kind of obvious. Lay off the coffee, soda and alchohol, drink lots of water.

2. Eat right-Vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.
B12 deficiencies, as well as calcium, magnesium
Zinc trace minereals deficiency etc...,all contributr to tight, sore muscles. Supplements are good if they are readily absorbed into the body. They are not a good substitute for healthy fresh nutritional food.

3. Stretch and exercise, whether you are 7 or 97, there is Mag Inc in movement. It's not a one size fits all, but generally stretching, walking, swimming and resistance training are your friends with regard to muscle aches.

Everything else is icing on the cake.

Ahh Vicodin, the prince of darkness. Nasty stuff. The problem remains that it works too well. Somebody got dependent on that shiet years ago. Maximum legal dosage. Quit cold turkey. Interesting four weeks. The pot oil extracts do not work on some people at all. Fortunately. Hot tubs seem to work but very temporary. Too much old unhealed battle damage coming home to roost. Oh well and yikes! :)

Forum running very slow and choppy. Wonder why.
