Does the pants tag have the size marked “L/R”? Trying to figure out if the “Large Long” is the same as what I have. I’m interested, if you still have these. I guess mine are Large/Regular but I think the length should still be okay.

Nope, says "large/long". I'm just under 6' and wear a 34" inseam and these are a tad longer than that.
