Does not come with plates. In good condition, but there is a small tear (pictured) and the magazine insert was cut down to two instead. The front pouch can accommodate four magazines. These retail for $465 plus shipping and tax when they are in stock. Selling because I was issued large plates and need a bigger plate carrier. The plate carrier does come with an extra zip off back panel that can be setup for special situations and taken off for convince. Willing to ship for an additional $15 if paid in advance.
