I'd assume drinking water or the ability to purify it, and I could be completely wrong, because maybe people really prep that quite a bit, but since people are basically 3 days from death their whole life, relying on any 1 system for potable water is unwise.

Looking over what I had for a fishing kit in my BOB I realized it was lacking. Re-upped with some heavy weight braided line, which can also be used for snares and lashing. Added a small clear bobber, a few more flies, plastic worms and omitted some split shot. A dozen asssorted sizes will do. Had to trade off on the added weight. Oh, and added some hemostats. Plenty of uses for those, especially getting a hook out.....
