Ended up going with a brass stacker.
I have a AIM Sports Mosin Nagant Tactical Tri-Rail Mount MNGTM, and an AIM mount I'll throw in. Never mounted.
Cheap way to mount a scope on a mosin, I can't speak to its reliability cause I never used it.
With searching internet prices, $15 is more than fair.
