"Derek LeBlanc, a professional firearms instructor and advocate who has repeatedly testified against gun safety legislation, filed a conduct complaint against Kropf with the Legislative Equity Office. The office enforces Legislative Branch Rule 27, which prohibits harassment, discrimination and retaliation relating to legislative activities."
"I witnessed Rep. Jason Kropf verbally abuse and intimidate his fellow committee member, Rep. Tran. She had just voted NO on HB 4145 and before (sic) the vote could be finalized, Rep. Kropf called a recess ...," LeBlanc said in the complaint. "He called her outside and threatened her for what seemed to be over 10 minutes."

What's the current vibe of whether 114 goes live in March 15th? I'm feeling like they won't have a ruling by then, which means it doesn't go live from what I understand.

Curious how others are feeling.

Serious question here...

Is there any reason to switch down to 10 round magazines today for carry?
If you're a criminal, of course not. The misdemeanor charges would be used as an add-on to the original crime you were committing, and most likely dropped.

If you're not a criminal, why would anyone know?
