Exactly. Judge raschio said the same thing in his ruling.I'm also hoping they look at it a little more like Washington with the grandfathering aspect. We already know there is no good way to prove you owned certain mags at any specific date and you shouldn't have to be arrested and put through a court system to try to explain this to a non-gun-friendly judge and jury. They've just gone too far, plain and simple.
They will get away with any unjust laws they can on their crusade to disarm law-abiding citizens. At the same time they constantly decrease penalties for criminal behavior, have revolving door policies, and constantly pass new laws to "protect" criminals from the police, the courts, etc. I read the other day one city is giving teen offenders $2000 the moment they are released "so they can find housing". Punish law abiding citizens and take away their rights while rewarding criminals. Ds have made this bizzarro world.
